Black Sky Soft Unlock

Ive tried numerous methods of getting Black Sky with numerous Menus but none of them will unlock it so Im asking if anyone has any tool to unlock Black Sky whether it be a soft or hard unlock would be much appreciated

This is a hard unlock & it works with all guns
