Idk about gateway but you can press F10 when your computer is starting up. Should be an option on the start menu.
Idk if this is the right place but wtv. I was hoping all you techies could tell me wtf is going on.
So i want to restore my computer to factory settings due to the fact that it can't play any game without going at a 10 FPS framerate.
After a bit of googling i found out how to do it on a gateway laptop, which is to go into gateway recovery management and do a destructive restore. Now the problem is, when I open that up, I get this:

btw that's the laptop I have in the background.
My OS is legit vista 64-bit.
Any help or other way to restore to factory settings without a disc?

On one site it said to press F11 or "r" at start up for a gateway but that did nothing.
