SharpDX supports DirectX11, and is also used in MonoGame. I'd go with SharpDX, or if you're just in it to develope a game, try out MonoGame. It's supposed to be compatible with XNA code. You'll also need XNA to compile .xnb's if you use MonoGame.
Well, I wanted to learn using DirectX in C#, but I have a problem.
I can't decide which DirectX API to use.
The options are: Managed DirectX(Outdated), SlimDX and SharpDX.
Does anyone know which one is the "best" of them?
Thanks in advance.

SharpDX is actually the best one imo.
Depends on what you want to do... If it is for any kinda of Overlay, like an external crosshair or External ESP, its better to use just GDI instead of DirectX. Otherwise, SharpDX is better IMHO.
