Banned from Gmod

So if your banned from gmod, instead of making a new steam account and re-buying the game, i want to make a new steam account and gift it to my current steam account with the banned gmod. I dont want to make a new account just for gmod

I think if you have two different computers with two different accounts (Different emails, location and one has GAC ban) and then you trade Gmod to a not-banned GAC account, it might work. Haven't tried it. You tell me Antipathy

The ban is bound to your steamID.
You can't send a game to an account that already have the game, even if you did, the game would be banned directly as your ID is banned.

You need to make a new steam account and buy the game again in order to be able to play the game.
