CPA or PPD Site Designers

So I'm looking for any coders/designers who can code a website with a generally attractive layout. Doesn't need anything fancy, just a landing page for me to place any FAQ's, the offers page itself, and a rewards/redeem page. Also if you could provide the website with a PPD or CPA partner already attached I am willing to pay extra.

Im not putting it in format because im not that great with prices.

I am a decent coder and I can code quite a bit, however it isn't completely clear to me on what exactly you want. Because of that I am not sure if i'm able to do this.

Could you give me some extra info on what features & pages you want?

example:

pages:
-homepage
-contact page
-price list & features
-info page

Features:
-email form (people can fill out a form and email me from the contact page)
-login system
-Payment system (online shop)
-Credit system
-blog type homepage (post threads and add entries)
-leaving comments

This also allows me to think up a decent price



also, do you already have a host for the website.

(IDK what CPA or PPD is so if you can explain what that is maybe I can add that.)

You can't just simply ask for a website that'll bring in revenue right away... For CPA and PPD you need to create a website, get ********* and theme and shit, you need SEO, then you need to apply for the CPA or PPD hosts... All of that right there will cost tens of hundreds of dollars just to create. Plus, the fact that you're asking someone to create a website for you that can bring in revenue already? That's like asking someone to give you thousands of dollars worth of possible profit for $10.
