you may as well just make scripts autorun if you own the server

This post confused me a bit, excuse me if I misread what you're asking for.
A server I am admin on has things like this. With a ulx command, you can force the client to run console commands. The server has just two that I know about:
Crash- Types 'quit' into the clients console
unbindall- Well, it types 'unbindall' into console.
I don't know how to add this, but it is possible.

quit and unbindall is blocked by runconsolecommand, same with many other exploitable commands
there is probably some way to get around the blocker though
however, to crash someone, just run cam.End3D() without calling Start3D on a client
