    I put the .dll in the folder then started up unturned then nothing loaded just the background

    Rename the hacked dll to Assembly-CSharp.dll then put it into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Unturned\Unturned_Dat a\Managed. Once that is done open up Unturned and have fun.
