It's supposed to slow down the auto-aiming so that your crosshairs don't snap to someone's head, that way you seem less like you're hacking.

Download Extreme Injector and put on auto inject. That should fix your problem. Dont use a bypass, just be sure to have auto inject on.

Smooth Aim
Is the aimbot speed displacement between a target and another, a high number is softer displace by naturally.
A smaller number will do faster and betray using aimbot. I usually use 20 and it works great.
