disable your antivirus. this happens when your antivirus decides it is gonna take complete control of the file because it detects a false positive.

all you have to do is pause your real time protection until after the file is injected.

I stopped my anti virus and it still says that.

Add your dll/folder to the Exceptions list.
For AVG Free:
Open User Interface
Go to tools, and click advanced settings
Look for Resident Shield and exceptions
Add path to your folder.

avg i turned it off

you have to disable avg from scanning for dll files, or else it still detects it

Then you're not the true admin, you're using another account known as the guest account/mini-admin account.
