I thought Binance is the easiest and cheapest way. I dont know when cash app became the cheapest.

Second that, sometimes Binance offer zero fee deposit/withdrawal periods as well.

Personally I chose Coinbase when I started out using cryptos a few years ago.

As to this day I stillu se it - its so easy to buy and sell and payout money (FIAT)

And it is easy to exchange from BTC to LTC or any other coins they offer - then you always have plenty of coins options available
