As the error says, it can't find PogoLocationFeeder.exe. I had to rename the application due to the fact that the name of the application has .GUI on it in order for it to detect the application. As for the second error, the bot tried to find temp.log on directory but was unsuccessful. Either the directory is incomplete or the files are having the wrong name.

I renamed the application located in resource/snipeserver/ to PogoLocationFeeder. Remove the .GUI in the name is the fix I tried and it's working for me. I don't know about Necrobot.exe yet.

Thanks I Follow your instruction the pogo error fixed. just left necrobot.exe

What is this temp.log it's trying to find whenever I open a config? I supposed it's connected to opening Necrobot.

The config files are extremely derped for NecroBot to use. After an hour of duplicating the config settings of this bot into a proper config setting that NecroBot can understand. I finally made it to work. Kind of.
