Most of the operators do have headgears and they look nice but they lack uniforms and they look weird with default uniforms xD.

Elites has been patched, only some universal / seasonal skins that available on "shop" you can use

Well it is still working, just don't change any loadout when you are on preparation phase

l can see your skins in lobby. but why l haven't your elite skins？
