Yes. Just start as Administrator, change your screen resolution like it says in the readme.txt and then start APB in windowed mode. after this change the resolution of APB like it's said in the readme.txt

We take the code from a guy named Pipoka.
Pipoka didn't even made this code by himself, but we used it allthough.

At the end, the code wasn't really the same as the one of pipoka.
