ok first you need to put game in windowed mode the hack has no menu just hot keys which are displayed at the top i wouldnt mess with any of the hacks but numpad 7 which is item zombie esp as youll prolly get banned.... any ways rune game in window mode and join a server start hack and profit from some prtty good esp

Use wininject. Every time I use this now i get punk-buster kicked so be careful.

I already use winject but I can only put DLL files in winject and this hack for me is in ZIP files....

You need winrar to get in the zip file, Then you go in and use the rename_me.exe. Move it you your desktop after renaming it, Start up the server and the open the renamed file.

I have been using this for 3 days. It is fully working with great perks (Num pad 7 zombie/item esp and skeleton structure esp for players)
It it a bit laggy but +1 overall.

Thank you for the help sir never mind but Im kinda new to this and I tried to move the ZIP files into winrar but WInject still cant read the files even tho I extracted it from winrar :/ so I cant inject it into the game...

The file within is a .exe file place it on the desktop run infestation then rename the rename_me.exe then run it.You can't inject it with winject its not a dll. It automatically injects itself.

this is weird, it stopped working for me? the player skeleton/identification works but the zombie and weapon spots aren't working. When i try to press 7 to toggle it, it won't toggle on?

Just a warning, I was PB banned ("Multihack") after two days for using item esp only. I suggest you use this for farming players and putting items in item boxes.
