How do I update my CE to 6.3? it is currently on 6.2..

Hi, im new to all this, ive downloaded all the programs but when i try to run it, it tells me i should update my cheat engine... what to do?

It says it is trainer, but It doesnt train anything, can u explain my what I am doing wrong? I can only add effects in game, nothing more.

Anyone else having trouble getting this to run? Since they updated the game to 1.0.5b it keeps telling me to use CE 6.2 or higher but I already have 6.3 installed long ago and it works fine when I use it to hack flash games and other things..
