To those having problems you first have to install Python 3.x.x, and make sure to check "add to PATH" (sometimes you will have to add PATH manually via Control Panel) during installation, then install pip (google how to do it), and then run CMD (not python) and type:
python (press enter)
import pip (press enter)
pip install -r requirements.txt (press enter)

the installation will finish quickly and when you are in game run predicter.py which is included in the folder.
That did it for me

pip install opencv-python==4.0.0.21
pip install Pillow==5.3.0
pip install pywin32==224
pip install pywin32-ctypes==0.2.0
type them separately.
Once complete, open your file destination containing the extracted apexrecoil file.
click once at the windows file viewer bar to highlight the destination.
Example mine is C:\Users\andrew\Desktop\RCS\RCS\ApexRecoil
go back to your cmd and type cd then right click to paste the destination
Example: cd C:\Users\andre\Desktop\RCS\RCS\ApexRecoil
Launch the game
now type start predicter.py in cmd
Example - start predicter.py (hit enter).
Should be working.

This will get u banned very soon, because using a py file can be sigged and checkd by anti cheat of Apex Legends,

i reccomend using the Code in a shell and execute it there to make it safe. Otherwise very risky

For some strange reason predicter just crashes for me :/ idk why just open and closes tried reinstalling python few times doesnt work

ErrorDuringImport: problem in predicter - ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'keyboard'
I install manually all pips and this problem with the open predicter, open and close in 1 second

in certain weapons the no recoil does not work very well as in the r99

No recoil currently works only on R-301 and Prowler.
