There's definitely certain components I would never buy used, like hard drives, SSD's and Power supplies.

One time bought a used 1080p monitor for 15€ for my parents. That shit lasted for like 6 years before giving out. Even then it was quite a heck of a deal.

Why would you buy Used PC parts? You can get parts like RAM, CPU & GPU much cheaper and if they are not really old or been used for mining, they will serve for many years to come.

Well it all depends on the given budget, if I build a pc for 850$< of course Im gonna try and get used parts, but when for example I wanted to buy myself a new expensive system that I know its gonna cost 2000$+ it's not worth saving the 100-200$ extra. MUCH rather have peace of mind and warranty w/o complications.

I don't like used parts, for many reasons. New is new, warranty, you are the first owner, and used parts can only works like if they sell them extra cheap and you don't have more than $400-$500 so you are forced to buy used.

pro tip OEM manufacturer warranty is almost always honored second hand, if you're buying past a components OEM warranty it's probably 2-3 generations old and should be a steal of a price

It depends on the seller and if you can test it out before etc, as well as some parts you want new is the motherboard and PSU
