bummp. Its a Normal problem to every person uses Paypal. when you switch Ip or cookies over the other browsers and other things.
I told you to call paypal. to make sure to not say ive said BS they will tell you> Its a Security Bot that prevent you from sending. please try again in 24h Thats what they would say.
