I found how to Are Unban , just Uninstall GMOD and Reinstall GMOD, and go to server, and Enjoy.

Why did you guys believe him?? It's like saying Uninstall Steam to get unbanned from VAC! Garry bans your SteamID not your steam folders or sum shit.

The thing here is, that he likely tested if he was banned with dev, re-installed it and it went back to normal - before the actual banning took place.
So that he could prolong his gaming with a few days tops, until he gets forced in to taking the update to play.
