    How To Make Project Blackout Work In East


    Hello,
    Most Of People From East Cant Make Project Blackout Work
    I Found Good Way To Make It Work
    Open Hotspot Shield And Open Project Blackout It Will Work Very Good
    But U Must Not Be Lag
    Need Approve Form Easter People

    our ID "egyption" not very lag like USA when use Hotspot Shield and Project Blackout not like Crossfire
    Project Blackout work on low speed with no lag
