With that said, I have never loaded a single hack on any of my accounts.

-The account comes with B-Day, First 'N Last Name, Bronze NX Rank, and EMAIL (I have checked several sites, and nobody sells accounts with the Email that was used to create the account, you can easily get scammed if you don't request this)

Well, read the account information. Most people who sell their accounts have hacked on them and Nexon is just waiting to Ban them so you are pretty much running into a Scam.
