Font error client

I am trying to setting this client up but for it to work i have to get this random error

Unable to transcode

and

unable to build font

If anyone know any fix please tell me i would be very glad.


Extra info: When i select .ttf or .otf it is saying this. File was loaded in the wrong encoding: 'UTF-8'

Hi, it will be a little faster if you tell me which font you are going to use. I have seen a lot of cases where people needed a special font and because they downloaded the font from suspicious places, it caused them errors. I recently experimented with fonts for my site. I downloaded the font from here https://upfonts.com/bundy-yellow-font-vlone-font/ and I didn't have any problems. If you still need a solution, I can send you my code. Basically, this error occurs if the font is poorly made or was found on dirty resources. Just be careful next time.
