How to hack in gmod in 2019.

Hello guys, I have stopped gmod years ago

and i am asking now, how to load some lua without getting kicked or banned by a anticheat

I used external but it's detected so fast. Can someone show me to load luas without being detected, and some good hack menu (dll), i play a lot darkrp, could be useful a esp (players, entities) I tried Reflx but after using esp its crash my game.
