Chat Bot for games

Hi, I would like to have a Chat Bot for the game Scrolls from Mojang. I saw people using some chat bot, but I don't know how to make one. Is any one know if I can download a Chat Bot that I can put some command example: "!price" and it give the price from a website. I just need a Chat Bot that able to read in game chat and react to what people say and I could edit with some function.

I saw some Chat Bot on League Of Legends too, it's the same thing I would like, if anyone know what I'm talking about.

There is no such thing (don't quote me on that), but here is a spambot just too piss off your friends, it sends like 2000 messages to them in a second. Have fun.

I am sure this program exist. Like when you write something like: "!rating player" in a chat, it will give you the player's rating. That's just an example, but I am sure someone know what I'm talking about .
