Does HWID ban transfers if i bought a new pc and logged into old banned account?

I was banned twice and since then created legit 3rd account. Then i bought a completely new pc and ofc logged into old ones with ban on em and a new one that is legit. Does HWID ban stuff will transfer if i will decide to cheat again one day?

I mean, i DO have a couple of spare EGS accounts and they weren't banned cuz i have only 2 bans on record. I just don't wanna get HWID banned and lose ALL of other acc.

Understood, i'm not sure but I think there's only 1 way to find out..
