Bring Back Google Form Links to IM

People running services need to be able to have some sort of form link that they can send, because sending the info to people for them to fill out in the IM is just so unorganized. If any of you have a form site that can link in IM, please feel free to help me out. I can't deal with this.

they did contact mpgh, but its only known that amazon told the admins to stop all refunding activity cause otherwise theyll get sued

I personally use pastebin and ********. Give form over pastebin and ask them to paste it onto ********
