Any fix now or what do i do
Well, it doesn't hurt I guess, the most important thing though is to make sure he doesn't have your administrator password. Once he has your admin password he can do lots of shit to your computer. Delete all your chrome passwords (if possible just wipe your chrome or whatever for now) and other information on your computer as soon as possible so that it's really hard for him to steal your information.
Try installing malwarebytes when you can, I guess - it's hard to find when to install it...
Try downloading malware bytes then turning off the internet lmao. I've never ran malwarebytes so idk if it comes with a fully packaged version, so if possible run that. If you want to be even safer download (the fully packaged) malwarebytes on another computer. Turn off the infected computer's internet (if it's a desktop just pull out the ethernet cable to be safe, there might be some malware that can permanently keep internet on, if you're on a laptop just unplug your router or some shit) and make sure he cannot get internet access no matter what automated shit the rat does. Move the packaged install file over via usb and attempt to install it with your admin permissions to root out and delete the rat, as soon as possible.
Most important thing is to as soon as possible unplug the infected computer from the internet so he doesn't have access to your computer's information.

https://www.malwarebytes.com/
Download both of the program i given you and run the program , it will try to kill all your malware/rat that inside your computer.
what you need to do
1) Download both of the program
2) update the Anti-Virus
3) Turn off your Internet ( switch off from your switch )
4 ) Run through , and it might kill the malware as long you have the latest version of the program
5) After the scan is completed , kill the virus and restart your pc and turn back your internet
6) Update your windows to the latest version
7) Make sure your firewall & Windows Defender is turned on , assume you have Windows 10
Hope this help
and don't download any program from the internet that you are unsure of.
Good luck
If you want to be 100% sure the RAT is gone, just download a clean windows iso and burn it to a disc, then wipe your drive(s) and reinstall windows fresh. You'll lose your data but it will make sure that it's gone. How did you get RATted?
Rats are a piece of cake to remove. Boot up in safemode so the shitty malware cant run and disable any suspicious programs in msconfig startup menu. Also run a scan while ur in safemode.
