Most likely HWID. Any device can have HWID, software can be attached to the mouse HWID, so you have to change everything. It is also possible for the game WarThunder
So as all of you may know, WarOverlay is a War Thunder cheat with a 3 hour trial, that when expired can be used no more despite;
- changing IP and Mac
- Changing game account
- Changing HWID and HDD serial number
- Fresh re-installation of windows
- Fresh re-installation of windows (again)
......
really baffling how it manages to recognize your PC no matter what you do,
I just REALLY need to know what it uses as Identifier/Identifiers, like I don't know what.
I mean some of you guys are experts at this, could you speculate at least what could be the problem... or it just defeated this community all together?

Well changing the HDD serial number yielded nothing, and I doubt it would be attached to the mouse....
The game WarThunder was re-installed with the aforementioned copy of windows, and guess what, nothing , it still manages to identify my PC,
Has any mod seen such strict identification procedure on a software? if so could you give a bitter idea on what prints it uses?
Really baffling, I mean who the hell made it? a programmer like you guys...
So, I have seen that some HWID changers are ineffective so here are a couple questions for the savvy out there;
- Is this software capable of calculating your own HWID?
- Is Microsoft's official VolumeID.exe unusable in this case? (this very app)
- Are apps capable of receiving output from commands such as : (get serialnumber, Win32_VideoController) . If so, can the output of such commands be changed?
