Hello, I would like to know if I can buy packs in the cold war store for cheap.

no you can't, you use to be able to buy bundle etc but since a while now you can't gift anymore bundle so be carefull.
even some guys who use to sell rare bundle are now scamming all the old customer of their *******.
they mostly say they can gift but need certain amount of cp etc. best thing to have skins now are AIO
