[TUT] Windows 10 Activation Free

Not sure if this is public knowledge or what but saw this on Reddit when I first built my PC and it has worked so far and doesn't require downloading anything.

First, you need to install Windows from a USB, etc. I think it's at least 8gb that you need(?) and you can download it from the official Microsoft website here: https://www.microsof*****m/en-us/soft...load/windows10

Go ahead and follow the directions when you start your PC. Install Windows, etc. When it asks for a product key just say you don't have one yet and skip the step.

Once you're on your desktop, it's time to activate Windows.

Open your command prompt and run it as admin.


Here's a list of license keys based on the Win10 edition you want.
Home: TX9XD-98N7V-6WMQ6-BX7FG-H8Q99

After that, type in the following command

slmgr /ipk chosenlicensekeyhere

Then press Enter.

After, type in the following command
slmgr /skms kms8.msguides.com

You'll get a message box that states the Key Management Services was changed to that URL.

After that, go ahead and run the last command
slmgr /ato

And from there it'll set the license key and your Windows will be activated.
