Keeping your profile private is about all you can do, because there's no reason BHVR wouldn't be able to access your DbD savefile since it's on their servers and see you're not legit. If someone does accuse you of hacking just ignore it or play it off like you're confused it's even possible to hack profiles because it's on BHVR's servers ( a lot of people don't know it's still possible so this is a reasonable response), just say you play a lot and grind like crazy during Bloodhunts. Personally, I try to avoid using the same item/addon/offering against the same players multiple times in a row (if I get them in my lobby back-to-back). I also change my name regularly, and use Steam Family share and rotate between alt accounts as well, this plus a dynamic IP make MLGA "tagging" pretty useless. This is probably excessive, but it takes basically no effort.

I've been called it in the past for using insta down hatchet build. I'd recommend rank 9 or below if you wanna cheat items in this game.
