I can't add my bank because my bank is already on my other account, and PayPal wont allow it on 2 accounts.
All you have to do is add your Mastercard/Visa/Bank and then you get $115 straight to your bank.

I am selling this account for $90 or best offer.

Hahaha no I can't, I give you the account and you can change password and shit if you want, but so you know, you can't take money out of a bank with a limited PayPal account.

No I can't because my other PayPal is limited. If you don't believe me, search for what you can't do on a limited PayPal account.

When your paypal account is limited, you need to re add your bank account info by confirming that you are the owner of the paypal account. If you are the owner of the account, then you can easily take away the limitation. My account has been limited a couple of times. Its very easy to solve.
