selling spawned in cars is not safe R* records every transaction that you make spawning in say SENTINEL XS that's been fully upgraded yet theres no record of you buying any upgrades for that car will flag you some ppl maybe lucky to get away with it some may not but it defo aint safe

I must be lucky then for I doing it on the same account for 5 months and not had any ban yet, i have over 200 mil made from the car sales

it was never found if R* do record the lsc transactions or car spawns, the person that post that got banned and the informations never get released, so that just speculations
