<BEST WAY>You can create many paypal accounts as you want and link your credit card to it, and pay via paypal for your UBER ride. What is showing on the transaction for UBER will be via PAYPAL. No doubt, this is a little troublesome, but works just fine as a VCC.

If you have 2 Credit card, i dont see why you will need a VCC.

I have been using this for about 10 days now, a total of 13 rides. NO issue at all.
I have never heard of UBER banning a credit card, they only SUSPEND account if you do not pay them

I think you guys are confused about the service. The OP will create a new Uber account using the referral account from your existing Uber account. You get $15 for referring a friend and the new account he creates also gets $15 the OP then gives you the account details for the new account so you have $15 on the new account, $15 on your main account and you have only had to pay him $15. Seems like 50% off too me.
