Well I attempted to purchase around $750 worth of BTC off of OP. I made contact on the 28th of May, he then proceeded to piss me about for a week, spewing a myriad of excuses as to why he couldn't send the bitcoin. He then finally conceeded yesterday after me losing my cool :c citing his weariness to follow through on the transaction and that this whole charade was some sort of test to see if I would chargeback or not.

Payment was conducted through three payments : $200,$440,$200 (his fee $90). He sent $100 in btc and refunded the first two payments. However, through what I can only assume was an intentional act, he conveniently forgot to mention refunding his fee, had I not been paying attention he would've gotten away with his ill gotten gains. So in effect I've paid $200 for $100 in btc. He has acknowledged that he owes me $88 but refuses to respond to my messages.

Well i did one transaction and he was legit did another one and gives always excuses
