It was my first C# project and I've already got enough profit from it, so I decided to make it free for everyone.
Works with the wind too.

It's coded really dumb (even though it uses math formulas) and the constant values had to be worked out for each screen resolution (by looking at game arcs and increasing/decreasing the values by a small amount).
Instructions
You need to start SSL in Windowed mode, then maximize the window.
Double click on Arcer_1920.exe to start Arcer, then switch to SSL window.
Adjust start position using global hotkeys (see below).
Then set your tank's angle to 85 and power to 100. These are tool's default values.
Change Arcer's and tank's angle/power and shoot.
Note: if you hold angle/power keys to quickly change values, in-game values won't be able to adjust properly. So either hit and release keys each time or adjust them quickly in Arcer, then use default SSL keys (up, down, left, right) to quickly set them in-game.
Arcer works as an "Always On Top" background window. If it doesn't show up when you switch to SSL, close and start it again.
Arcer uses global hotkeys to operate, so it will replace them while running. Closing Arcer will restore your default global hotkeys.
When you show a Wind Input window, focus moves to Arcer, so you need to Alt-Tab to SSL again or you won't be able to shoot/move gun/etc. Sometimes it's not needed, but it's better to do it all the time so that you won't screw up your turn.
Controls
Ctrl+Q - Close Arcer
Ctrl+C - Show/Hide Arcer (when running)
Ctrl+E - Set start position to mouse pointer
Ctrl+A - Move left by 1 px
Ctrl+D - Move right by 1 px
Ctrl+W - Move up by 1 px
Ctrl+S - Move down by 1 px
Ctrl+J - Rotate left by 1 degree
Ctrl+L - Rotate right by 1 degree
Ctrl+I - Increase power by 1
Ctrl+K - Decrease power by 1
Ctrl+F - Open Wind Input window
Ctrl+Z - Reset Arcer position and angle/power/wind values
Notes about wind
* Write a negative number if wind blows to the left, for example: -45
* Write a positive number if wind blows to the right, for example: 18
* If you hit Ctrl+F several times, it will open multiple windows, and if you hit Esc, Arcer will close or show and error. So you need to hit Enter to close all windows.
If the tool is not accurate, try this:
Right-click Arcer_xxxx.exe and then click Properties. On the Compatibility tab, select Disable Display Scaling On High DPI Settings, and then click OK.
