Rockstar different ban system

Well, hello.

My R* Account got banned as the last banwave started. I already had one Account before that got permed so i bought a new and did not use any kind of external oder internal program not even reshade or any other shit. Then as i got trolled all the way in public lobbys i decided to make life easier and downloaded the NovaMenu. Dropped money for me and my friends and for some random ppl i enjoyed playing with in public lobby. Now i sadly got banned. BUT for 30 days even tho as written before i never got banned before. Can someone tell me whats going on? Are there still week bans? Or does it start at 30 days and instant goes to perm after that??? Or two times 30 days ?? Did anyone on the forums got banned for one week? If so, why did i got banned for 30 days? Thanks in advance!

i was suspended for a month and my account was deleted. they will delete all of your hard work if you mod too much.

I cant answer you because i never got a BAN but if i remember some person said me that they are removing all .cars too
