    I along with other sellers are able to upgrade only twice on the same account - with that being said.

    All my current customers with my 12 month warranty, I will be willing to create a new account (personalized if requested) and transfer 100% of your Playlists, songs, stations, artists, albums, and even podcasts & videos for free until your warranty ends.
    (Please understand, with this in mind I will be backed up a lot. It will take time, but it will be done depending on amount of Music/Podcasts/Videos are followed.

    Now, new customers; you will have 12 months of warranty just like my current customers but, I will not create the accounts for you - I'll gladly upgrade them for you for free while on warranty.

    I understand how many may feel currently, I'm sorry for this inconvenience.
