4 times a week for last few month.
Started seeing effects after only 1 month.
Workout 5 times a week. Monday - Friday. Focus in all your body (Yes, this includes your legs and at least 20min of cardio every day). Every muscle must be done every 2 days to keep it pumped and growing. So something like: Chest and biceps for Monday, back and triceps for Tuesday, legs and shoulders for Wednesday, then repeat chest and biceps for Thursday. Don't forget to add a little of abs workout every day and a half and to eat healthy (3 small portions of proteins and carbohydrates throughout the day while also adding 2 snacks that could be fruits or vegetables). i personally workout 5 times a week while doing intermittent fasting.
3 days a week. 90 mins each day.
Combination of cardio and weight
I try to exercise every day for at least 10 minutes.
I say at least, sometimes its for 45. And I have that always on mind, cause i really love exercising.
Feeling pumped up after that.
Cardio at least once weekly.
3 times gym a week, high volume workout.
