With my method, A way was developed that will bypass the need for the followers so you can straight start earning from streaming. It seems counter logical with the current Twitch requirements but it works nonetheless as tested with multiple accounts.

Regularly, not having enough viewers could strip your earned partnership but you could just grow your following from 0 with a partnered account easier than if it was a regular account (subs, bits).Could pair this with fake viewers/ subs to access more viewers. Wouldn't recommend fake views until accounts can be verified that it will stay partner.

so its basically not worth it to buy the upgrade if you havent gotten regular viewers as being a partner wont really help with it

Well it allows you to be a featured streamer on the main page of Twitch. I'm not telling anyone to make a new account with no idea how to gain a following or how to be a good streamer to pay for this service and waste their own time and money. IT IS AVAILABLE for new accounts if you want to start fresh but otherwise for current streamers or affiliates this will be worth it.

I don't see how you would get denied unless your views are botted / following is faked. You meet the requirements to become a partner lol.
