Cheat Engine Table Help

Greetings Everyone!

I need some help regarding my Cheat Engine Table that I no longer am able by myself figure out the new ways of updating them for GTA 5.

Here are the features I had, I cant really "fix" or "update them", Below.
Off Radar
Explosive Ammo
Bullet Damage Multiplier
Melee Damage Multiplier
Fist/Leg Damage Multiplier
No Recoil

Its been a year or so if someones able to guide me if theres a easy way of enabling these things ingame like below

Is there a method like I have above but for the ones I mentioned I cant really "fix" or "update them".

Method I mean have array of bytes and change certain numbers to enable them?
