12$ VCC's BULK

Hello, I need bulk amounts of VCC's. The VCC must be working with PayPal.

Price for a 12$ VCC is negotiable. It can depend on how many you sell.

What am I going to do with them? I will connect thees VCC's to a PayPal account and spend the full balance. Then I don't need it anymore.

So each VCC for 10$? That's too much with no money on them. I don't need them to be reloaded, I will use them only 1 time.

Their VCC's are possible. But I currently can't create any VCC's. So yes I I could use them and others as well.
