Apple orders getting cancelled

Billing and Delivery are both checked from my knowledge. They also do not ship to places like Schools/Institutions. I have tried that before and it got instant cancelled. Try getting a VISA and using that instead.

my discover card had a valid address.... so don't really know how using visa will help, ill try it anyways

That's what the rep on the phone told me when I tried to use my education discount to order my MacBook Pro to keep (no refund), which makes sense as I already ordered one before (refunded that one) and the order kept getting canceled. Are you trying to order using the education discount?

It should work. Did you refund something from Apple before? Remember that you need new EVERYTHING (Account, Name, Address, Billing Address, Billing Info) - Apple will link everything.

everything is new and shipping address is the same but modified one... so I dont think they will be able to link it....

Same thing just happened to me. First time doing apple tried fr a mb and they cancelled the order and gave no reason as to why. I called apple and they still cant say shit lmao. Gonna wait a couple of days and see what happens.

Searched it up and saw that some people are saying that fr your first order, especially if its a big one, that your shipping and billing addresses have to be the exact same fr it to go through.

Think ill just try again with the same shipping and billing after the funds from my account get released. Hopefully that might work for other people here as well.

using friend's apple id and it keeps cancelling. my ip is new obviously, but i will let my friend order for me since we are literally in different states. i know they block vpns.

also: new accounts cant refund anything. NOTHING. don't waste your time. you need an aged and active account.

Not for DNA. Apple accepts Postmates for delivery. I refund from Postmates everyday. Literally.
