Withdrawing Money from Limited PayPal

So it is the second time posting this because Lily closed my first thread for no reason, as usual.

I am looking for a way to withdraw money from a Limited PayPal, can only do it through bank or card, I can't send or receive money because obviously I am still limited.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Don't add me on IM or PM me saying you can do it for me and you want the PayPal login because that's a waste for your time.

No one here will magically withdraw your money using some sort of hacks. The only way is if you have a card or bank account to withdraw the money, otherwise you're screwed.

Physically no way without a linked card/bank. Had PayPal hold my money for 180 days at one point, they seem to stick by their policies pretty closely.

@daewoo909 I think it is self explanatory on why your thread was closed.. maybe you did not read it or think about it so I will post it here. Do you see the reason now or would you like for me to point it out for you ?

No selling/buying will be allowed. Do not post saying "add me on im for a deal or for x amount of money. This is for discussions/marketplace talk related.

Is there a way I can get a VCC or VBA to withdraw and be able to use the money or turn it into crypto?
Note that I am only allowed to withdraw the balance, can't send or receive payments. (the account still limited)

Or if you can help me withdraw it through some method for a profit, let me know

Nope, not gonna happen. There's no workaround but to with your fund via bank after the 180days. or the easiest way is to unlimit the account?

Maybe I didn't explain enough, but the 180-day limit is over and I CAN withdraw the funds. I used a fake VCC linked to the account so I cannot withdraw the money on it.
I am looking for some online bank or card that I can link to the account and withdraw the funds on it. All the ones I know are outdated so I am looking to see what people use right now.

I told the OP that i will give him the bank account so we can withdraw and he doesnt respond.

YOU CAN transfer to other PayPal account, however, u have to talk with support and make some good reason, or just get a real card or bank acc? lol, u can add it

The only way you can withdraw is if you add a bank account and withdraw it. If you don’t have one then you’ll need to open a new bank account. Not sure if that’s allowed in your country but here you can open bank accounts online without walking into a bank. Other than that there’s no way to get your money out of your account.
