Withdrawing Money from Limited PayPal

So it is the second time posting this because Lily closed my first thread for no reason, as usual.

I am looking for a way to withdraw money from a Limited PayPal, can only do it through bank or card, I can't send or receive money because obviously I am still limited.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Don't add me on IM or PM me saying you can do it for me and you want the PayPal login because that's a waste for your time.

If you do not have linked payment methods already applied to the paypal account you may not be able to withdraw. You still have a chance at getting your money. If you can not use the payment methods linked to the paypal account. Ask the rep to send a check to your address for you to file. If you have a stealth paypal under different info, you may be fucked. Unless you have fullz to verify the info when cash the check from the stealth. Hope this is helpful.

Well request for your account to be permanently limited, and then withdraw funds after 6 months.
