How many games were you able to play before it crashed? I played 3 consecutive games without any issues. The cheat may cause CSGO to crash when initially joining a game due to a bad handle being opened. Restart CSGO and wait until you're completely in the menu before launching the cheat. Enabling multi-core rendering may help as well.

Played 3 casual and 2 ranked games, didn't seem to crash.
Haven't done anything extra so I'm not sure what was causing it, I'll report again if it crashes.
