hey my im chat feature is missing, i can't read the pm's that my friends are sending me. Did i break any rules I didn't known about?

Should be fixed within a few hours, but just letting everyone know that outside contact is allowed again.

Yes, but sharing links to servers is not allowed. Only direct contact is permitted.
