Dave is away and the only one who has access to restore it. We don't know when he'll be back exactly.

Just to let everyone know, you are permitted to use outside contact again for a while now so feel free to do so if you need to reach someone quickly. You can still send PM's on the forum if you need to message someone directly here.

I have lost the credentials of my old account from 2018 for several days, I don't even receive the recovery email, I imagine it's all linked to the lack of Dave, because I contacted him via email to resolve but without any response, Thanks

Not sure why there can't be a reliable, common mode of communication instead of IM which has a habit of breaking down frequently. If the IM can't be maintained, it should not be enforced.
