You probably already know, but eh, maybe not. The skinchanger is kind of funky, not the experimental function, that's funky too, but it literally has a disclaimer saying that and says it's final and can't be done better. But, maybe this isn't totally the skinchanger... if you have the hitsound option enabled it'll start making the sound even if you're standing still doing nothing sometimes.

I don't care much for skinchanger, the cheat is amazing as always, I just thought I could maybe help in case you weren't aware since this isn't in "known bugs & problems".
