TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of ParaSun Services's Services.
By using our services or purchasing a package either through our store or by direct payment, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use ParaSun Services's services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
ParaSun Services is not a registered company and does not exist as an entity, it is instead a "catch all" name to represent two individuals. When you purchase any service from our store, you are paying the individual (Gibby or S_Y_N) and not ParaSun Services. ParaSun Services existence relates directly to the activity of the individuals who are covered by the name ParaSun Services. All individuals in relation to ParaSun Services reserve the right to cease activities at any time with no prior warning or reimbursement to any users. Should this occur, ParaSun Services as it stands will cease to exist immediately.
REFUNDS AND CHARGEBACKS
Should you ever want a refund of a purchase from ParaSun Services, either on our store or directly sent to us through a pre-agreed payment processor, you must contact us before hand to discuss the reasons and if your claim is valid, should it turn out that your claim is valid, refunds are given at the discretion of ParaSun Services. initiating a chargeback through your payment processor without prior written approval from ParaSun will result in immediate blacklisting and removal from all ParaSun Service's offered services. Cancellation of the chargeback claim or re-payment of monetary value equal to all of your chargebacked purchases will void the blacklist and you will regain access to the ParaSun Service's services and packages.
USER LIABILITY
ParaSun services merely provides a service for users and at no point before, during or after the service is ParaSun Services or its members and partners responsible for the actions taken by individual customers and users of ParaSun Services. The responsibility falls solely on the individual customer/user.
SESSIONS AND MONEY DROPS
ParaSun Services are not responsible for any bans or suspensions as a result of using our Free Modded Sessions or Private Modded Sessions Service, you use our service at your own risk. We offer ParaSun Package Protection as an optional purchase for those who wish to have an extra level of reassurance.
By using the Private Session you agree to the "Private Session Rules" that are sent to you by ParaSun Services and agree that failure to follow these will result in your package being cancelled with no reimbursement.
ParaSun Services will not perform any actions that would significantly increase the chance of a customers account being punished by Rockstar Games without explaining the risks and prior written permission from a customer. (For example, increase the drop-rate of money bags to a very high speed)
ParaSun Services highly recommends that all users and customers read the provided after-sales support page on what to do with their accounts after using a ParaSun Service's service. to minimize the risk of any form of infraction occuring on their account.
RECOVERY PACKAGES
This section is applicable to any and all "Recovery" packages, these include but are not limited to "RP Recovery" and "Cash Recovery".
ParaSun Services are not responsible for any bans or suspensions as a result of using our Recovery Service, you use our service at your own risk. We offer ParaSun Package Protection as an optional purchase for those who wish to have an extra level of reassurance.
All Recovery Services require us to log into your account, and you give us express permission to access your account using the details you provide for the single purpose of enacting out the recovery package you have purchased. All Recovery Services will be screen shared to the customer and recorded for security reasons.
ParaSun Services will not perform any actions that would significantly increase the chance of a customers account being punished by Rockstar Games without explaining the risks and prior written permission from a customer. In terms of Recovery serivces this includes but is not limited to, Getting an extremely high RP Level (IE. 6000) or extremely large sums of money.

PARASUN PREMIUM AND VIP PACKAGES
ParaSun Services are not responsible for any bans or suspensions as a result of using our Premium and VIP Service, you use our service at your own risk. We offer ParaSun Package Protection as an optional purchase for those who wish to have an extra level of reassurance.
All Premium and VIP Services require us to log into your account, and you give us express permission to access your account using the details you provide for the single purpose of enacting out the Premium or VIP package you have purchased. All Premium and VIP Services will be screen shared to the customer and recorded for security reasons.

PARASUN PRE-MODDED ACCOUNTS
ParaSun Services are not responsible for any bans or suspensions as a result of using our Pre-Modded Account, you use our service at your own risk. We offer ParaSun Package Protection as an optional purchase for those who wish to have an extra level of reassurance.
All Pre-Modded Accounts are guaranteed to be new accounts created by ParaSun with no previous owners or history (excluding ParaSun Services) with the statistics you have requested. You (the customer) are responsible for the account the moment you receive the account details and it is solely your responsibility to secure the account. ParaSun is not responsible if you lose login access to your account or the account's GTA V copy is revoked.

PARASUN PACKAGE PROTECTION
ParaSun Package Protection is intended to give the customer an extra level of reassurance in the event that they receive an account wipe or ban (dependant on what package was purchased) on Grand Theft Auto Online from Rockstar Games.
ParaSun Services offers a free 2 week warranty on all services purchased either through the store or direct payment, this is fulfilled at the discretion of ParaSun Services. This is limited to us re-applying the previously purchased package, we will not reimburse an account.
ParaSun Package Protection is enacted upon at the sole discretion of ParaSun Services, purchasing a ParaSun Package Protection only dictates that ParaSun Services must investigate the case and take appropriate action if the report is within the declared timeframe on the package purchased, which inculdes but is not limited to upholding the description of the ParaSun Package Protection purchased or dismissing the case and not providing the customer with any further assistance. In order for ParaSun Services to reimburse through the Protection Pacakge program, ParaSun Services must be found at fault for the ban as a result of the investigation conducted by ParaSun Services themselves.
Any warranty guarantee timescales (2 weeks, 6 months etc.) are bound by the existance and active trading of ParaSun Services, should ParaSun Services cease to trade or exist, all warranties and guarantees set are immediately void.
Any "Lifetime" guarantees are in reference to the life of the group "ParaSun Services" and not the customers lifetime or anything other than ParaSun Services. For as long as ParaSun Services is active and trading, the Lifetime guarantee will be upheld, the instant that ParaSun Services ceases to trade or exist, the Lifetime guarantee and everything associated with it is void.
All ParaSun Package Protection Packages can only be applied to a single purchase, which will be verified by ParaSun and the customer and does not cover any other service provided by ParaSun Services, in order to cover multiple service packages, you must purchase multiple ParaSun Package Protection Packages.
ParaSun Package Protection does not protect against other ParaSun Package Protection purchases, should you get punished by Rockstar Games due to the service provided via a ParaSun Protection Package, there will be no guarantees or warranties nor reimbursement by ParaSun Services.
In order for ParaSun Services to even consider providing a new account in case of a ban, firstly it must be a permanent ban and you must be able to prove it was the fault of ParaSun Services and you did not use any other modding services or menus. This applies to all Protection Packages.
DISCOUNT CODES
ParaSun Services will occasionally run a sale or you can receive a discount code as part of a package, these codes are only eligible to be used on orders over £5 and may be declined at the discretion of ParaSun Services.
All discount codes are one time use and must be used by the recipient of the discount code unless otherwise stated.
REFER A FRIEND
ParaSun Services offers a "Refer A Friend" promotional offer where users can invite a friend to join the ParaSun services group. If a referred friend informs ParaSun before purchase that they were referred here and who by, purchases a package worth 5GBP or more from ParaSun and completes the order successfully, for aslong as that payment stands then the user who originally referred the friend will be eligible to receive a complimentary 15 Minute Private Session from the store.
You may not invite any other users to the complimentary Private Session nor can you pay to add others, the free Private Session comes "as is" with no optional extras.
You may only refer upto 5 friends a month, should more than 5 users claim they were referred by you, we no longer promise to provide complimentary services, however we may continue to at the sole discretion of ParaSun Services.
All "Refer A Friend" offers are fulfilled at the sole discretion of ParaSun Services and ParaSun Services reserve the right to refuse anyone to any aspect of the "Refer A Friend" offer for any reason.
TERMS OF SERVICE CHANGES
Although most changes are likely to be minor, ParaSun Services may change its Terms of Service from time to time, and in ParaSun Services’s sole discretion. ParaSun Services encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Terms of Service. Your continued use of our services after any change in this Terms of Service will constitute your acceptance of such change.
